altho not as pleasing aesthetically, i like the gå (go), i wonder if the plain ögaö suggests gå as well? probably not really, since å is not simply an a with an angelic diacritical mark, it's actually a semi-ligature & its own letter altogether, it's the first letter after z -- it has its own distinct sound, it's one of the first pronunciations i learned in Swedish, because of being a Saab fanatic: på taket for instance, på would be pronounced something close to paw... "på taket" was the nickname of Saab's legendary rally ace driver Erik Carlsson .
a note about Saab it seems unclear what the future of Saab is, after GM bought majority in the company they went decidely downhill, GM actually laid off many of the great Swedish engineers & totally lost the plot, losing Saab's identity in the process, losing the quirkiness -- i wish that Saab would have remained more focused on utilitarian aspects of car-making instead of the upscale luxury market -- just think, if they'd invested time in a project to reinterpret the classic 2-stroke 96 (popular nowadays, i.e.: Mini, Fiat 500 etc), they could have had a winner & relive the glory of their past rallying triumphs...it saddens me that the car division of Saab has fallen & looks to be in big trouble.
while i got off subject talking about rallying, i may as well post a link pointing to the Lentävä Suomalainen (Flying Finns) & one in particular who drove for Saab:

Markku "maximum attack" Alen, aina kaikki pelissä. Epäonnensoturi vailla vertaa. Hänelle jos kelle olisi maailmanmestaruuden suonut, vähättelemättä kuitenkaan muita suomalaisia mestareita.

Hannu Mikkola puuttui listasta, tosin eihän siihen kaikkia voi nimetä. Mutta mielestäni kuitenkin ykkönen escort ja varsinki Audi ajoilta.
Toivonenhan se on, mutta kun näin Saabbivoorumilla ollaan, niin kyllä Simo Lampinen tulee hyvänä kakkosena.
